Bridal Services Booking Policy

No reservations are secured until a Service Agreement is signed with a 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. The balance must be paid one week prior to the event date. We reserve the right to change the prices of our services at any time without further notice unless bookings are secured. However, if you have inquired about our prices but not yet secured your booking, we guarantee the prices for one month from the date of inquiry.

Accessories Deposit

A security deposit of $100 is required. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of accessories in original condition within 3 days of the event ending.

On-Location Services & Travel Fee

Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred, the amount will be due for payment on the day of the event.

Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 25 km or 25-minute drive from our location (whichever comes first), please inquire about your service location. Additional travel fee may apply depending on the size of the party and the number of artist needed.

Early Start Fee & Extra Service Hours

Early start before 6:30am will require a $50 fee +$25 each hour per artist.

Additional fee may apply after agreed service hours. Any additional services outside of the service contract are subject to our discretion and availability.

In-Studio (Trials & Non-Bridal Services) Appointments

We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, which may result in services being customized to accommodate the remaining appointment time. It will be considered a “no-show” after the 15 minute grace period and it will be subjected to a $50 additional fee upon re-booking.

*Client is to provide meal(s) to the makeup & hair artist(s) if bridal service hours coincide with lunch/dinner time.
**Promotional discounts are not applicable to travel fees and parking/valet/toll fees.
